The two-year course springs from the collaboration between L’Aquila Conservatory of Music and Accademia Nazionale di Danza
The project, unique in its kind, is targeted towards the training of pianists for dance that can interact both in the education and in the production professional fields. The trainees will develop the specific skills connected with the accompaniment of classical and contemporary dance, with a special emphasis on extemporary composition techniques. Participants in the two-year course will obtain a “Diploma Accademico sperimentale di 2° livello in Discipline Musicali – Maestro Collaboratore per la Danza”. Classes will be held at the Conservatory of Music “Alfredo Casella” in L’Aquila and at the Accademia Nazionale di Danza in Rome (Italy).
