The orchestra founded by Riccardo Muti will select young players for the 2015-18 seasons
Presently engaged in a tour to celebrate the tenth year since its foundation, the Orchestra Cherubini – located in Piacenza and regularly playing for Ravenna Festival, both in the Emilia-Romagna region in Central Italy – announces on its website auditions for the following instruments: flute (with optional piccolo), trumpet (optional small trumpet), timpani, harp and violin. Citizens of European Union member countries may apply if they have an age from 18 to 27 on the deadline date (31 december 2014) and if they have obtained a diploma in the required instrument from an Italian Conservatory (or equivalent certification for titles granted from foreign institutions).
