The teachers of the 2013 edition: Antonella Moles, Harpsichord

Antonella_Moles_3The course is open to keyboard players of any level. The monographic part Frottole e Madrigali passeggiati is devoted to the study of harpichord transcriptions of vocal music. Registered students may also agree with the teacher the study of other pieces proposed by them.

ANTONELLA MOLES, after obtaining her Diploma in Pianoforte with L. de Fusco at the Naples Conservatory and in Harpsichord with P. Bernardi at the Conservatorio di Santa Cecilia in Rome, studied Organ with Ch. Stenbridge on historical instruments. She attended masterclassses in Harpsichord with K. Gilbert at the Accademia Musicale Chigiana – obtaining a scholarship and a honourable mention – and with  G. Murray, D. Hunter, B. van Asperen. She studied Fortepiano and Clavichord with E. Sevskaya. She has collaborated with: Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, Biennale di Venezia, Cantiere Intenazionale d’Arte di Montepulciano, Festival Nuova Consonanza di Roma, Pergolesi-Spontini Festival di Jesi, Centrum voor Steinerpedagogie in Antwerpen, Kay Won Arts School in Seoul, Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, Rai Tre Network. Among her recordings the CD of  music by Schnittke with the Ensemble Il Terzo Suono. She has been Curator of the IRTEM Contemporary Music Archive and a researcher in the project for keyboard transcription of opera and ballet music. Presently she is the organist of the Church of Santa Barbara in Rome and holds the Chair of Harpsichord at the Conservatory of Benevento.
